Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the customer must follow our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

DERMASKIN is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs authorities
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With all included accessories

Products showing signs of misuse or damage may not qualify.

8. Refunds

  3. Once inspected, the replacement item will be shipped
