RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
DERMASKIN
1. Delivery Time
Orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination and logistics conditions.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
2. Right of Withdrawal (7-Day Policy)
In accordance with e-commerce best practices, you may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in perfect condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Product must show no signs of misuse
Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

After approval, detailed return instructions will be provided.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
Estimated refund processing time: up to 10 business days after approval.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, the process is as follows:
- Contact our support team
- Return the original product following our instructions
- Replacement will be shipped after inspection
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
After review, we may offer:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to defect or shipping error: We cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to change of mind: The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Customized or special-order items
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and then follow the return process.
